Not sure if this is a template thing. This page:
https://dev.studioeyecare.com/index.php/homepage/contact-us-information
displays as desired/expected on desktop (contact form not shown)
however on mobile display - the contact form re-appears and the display format is different from set.
ideas? Thanks in advance
