managment from frontend

I have a problem with frontend subscription management.
I (superuser) or other users (special) who own events, we are unable to change the payment status or the registration status.
When we enter any subscription, anything we do, when we click on "save" we receive an error 404 and no changes are saved.
In the backend everything works well.
All the components are updated: J3.9.18, DTR4.2.7. Using the list theme v1.0.6.

Could you share the credentials of our site eg: admin + ftp account so I can check?

I tried to edit do the same but it worked at my local site.

I tested again with latest version 4.2.7 of DT Register in my local but it works normally.
