Category name in the article

I found where I can hide the "Category" button at the top of the article, but it's also hidden from the part of each section, between the title and the text. (see the image)
Is it possible to show the categories only in this position? (not inside the article)
I did the same test with "Show Hits", and it appears also inside the article.
*The "Voting" system doesn't appear in the article when I unable the option.

Also, can you tell me how I will hide the "More Articles..." part?

And something else I notice... the selection in Article order is by default "Most Recent First". The "Category Order" and the "Date for Ordering" are also by default. But the articles doesn't appear with the order I publish it.

For category / hits ... of article, you should configure in menu item settings: Blog > Options tab, the settings in menu will be used in priority rather than article settings.

The section "More Articles..." is the option: # Links in menu Blog > Blog Layout tab > set it to 0

With this combination of ordering, it will sort by 'Category' order first, then sort articles in each category. The current order of categories on your site is:

Humanity > Animal Kingdom > Environment > Natural Disasters

You can see it's sorting correctly now.

Sorry, but I didn't understand about the hits.

About the Articles, I'm talking about this section:

How can I make them shown in the order I publish them? Now they have different ordering...

If you want to show articles with published order, you need to set 'Category Order' in 'Blog' menu item settings to 'No order' for category: https://prnt.sc/sf0piv

About the 'Hits' ... I chose the 'Use Article Settings' in the Blog settings, and than I changed the settings of an article to 'Show Hits', but, I didn't see any difference. The "Hits" appear inside the article as well.

I guess for the categories to appear in the main Blog page (like the first images I've send you), will not work eather...

Not quite sure of how you want to achieve here, if you want to show the 'Hits' on Blog page, you can simple set to show it in menu item settings.

That's what I'm doing, but it also appears inside the article.

I don't want to appear inside the article. Only in the main page.

I got your point, you can use this custom css to hide that Hit on detailed page of article:

.com_content.view-article .article-info dd.hits {
    display: none;
}
