Tags issue

In attempting to use JA Decor, I did not want to purchase and use EasyBlog and didn't need AcyMailing.
However, when attempting to create a tag, I get: TagsTableTag::_getNode(1, ) failed.

I reinstalled Joomla! 3.9.18 but no joy. I see that JA Decor overrides tags. What do you recommend to get past this issue? I see in other postings that this could be due to missing information in the database. Is this a Joomla issue or a JA Decor issue?

The tags override is work for the frontend only. can you tell me how to replicate this error on your site and submit th super user login in Edit fields option in first post.
