Issues changing slide in slider block on homepage

Hi,

I am trying to put my own slider images into a slider block. i found the original image, and made my slider image the same size. however, i keep getting an error message that says the image is too big.

i can't find a lot of documentation on using Ja builder to assist me. Can someone help.
