Milan region is not working with the Amazon S3 integration of JomSocial.
While you fix this bug for the next release, can you please provide a quick workaround on what to do?

    Jomsocial is our paid product however we do not find an active paid membership associated with your account. In case you purchased Jomsocial using a different account then kindly help to login to that one to request support instead.

      I'm evaluating the product in the Demo before to buy it.
      I need to be sure that reflect my needs and that it's working.
      So far I found two problems, if you fix it I'll then buy a subscription.
      The first is that external storage on Amazon S3 is not working for Milan's region. (eu-south-1)
      The second is that on your website the languages available are way less than the ones that I can see on Transifex.

        JomSocial support the US regions and us-east-1 is most compatible region, in last releases we added support for the Europe regions as well.
        Can you share the error you are getting on demo? you must need to create buck for demo site and then run the cron job manually

        About the translations, they are from Volunteers and not completed so they showing less.

        when I'm using eu-south-1 I get the error: IllegalLocationConstraintException
        S3 integration is working fine with ALL the other European regions, but NOT eu-south-1
        Regarding translations:
        Languages like Italian and Slovak, on transifex are 100% translated, but are not available to be downloaded from here: https://www.jomsocial.com/translations

          About the Region can you send me the details API that you created for demo site on email? So i can try it and share with dev team.
          Language packages updated each week, it will be there dont worry on that.
