I'm sorry for this lateness, it will be based on the Lat/Long value which you input for each item and it will show on the map.
May I know which item doesn't appear on the map of your site? kindly share the admin login info so I can help to check.

in the demo page, we can see only one point show out, but actually have more, need to zoom out, where I can change this map show setting? thanks.
