Hi,
in Germany, we now have the obligation on social media, such as Facebook, to provide an imprint for every page created by the user and for every group (in the commercial sector). With Jomsocial I also offer my registered guests the opportunity to create their own groups and pages as a social media platform, and I am liable if these lacks mirmair for their content. I would like to reduce this liability risk and the risk of a warning for myself and my Jomsocial users. in that in each group or page created by a user there is the possibility for an imprint. According to German law, this must be directly accessible on the page without detours and repeated clicks. Ideally either in the Jomsocial menu bar or above it in the cover picture. Is that feasible for me or can you have it programmed for the German market. What would it cost if a programmer set it up for me? Best regards
terms/condition option for Jomsocial groups or site users

Hi
If you only want to put a special notice you can use a custom html module and publish it on the site via a module position that will be more easy for you. In JomSocial it have option to show terms and condition and GDPR checkbox in user registration.
you can let me know the place where you want to put and how so i can guide you for further suggestions.
The legal problem is different. My users who create a page in Jomsocial and post their commercial offer there are obliged by law to post their imprint (for their offer) on this page. So it is not about my imprint of my page, since this is actually covered by the Jomsocial page imprint. It is about every Jomsocial member on my domain being able to display a button in his area (the page he created) with an imprint. Here is an example screenshot of my Facebook page with imprint (impressum) button
too bad, but I understand! Thanks for information!
