I am getting error whenever I want to upload a media file on my joomla dashboard (ErrorYou have tried to upload file(s) that are not safe), please check these attachment for more details.

You have some warnings in your joomla backend please fix them all in the correct way first

If you are not able to fix them from your cpanel php.ini you can ask your hosting provider to do it for you

Just to be clear this is not a template issue but joomla upload settings are related to your joomla configuration and server settings

I am unable to update the plugins and modules on the dashboard and I am unable to also update the joomla itself, everything in the server is intact. Also not that I am a Linux server administrator, I have change the files to many servers but it could not avail.

You can use the ja_extension manager to update joomlart extensions

It was requested to update only JAEM component and i updated it without any problem

Regarding the img upload looking at img below it is clear that there is a problem with it

Again ask your hodting provider to look at it - this is a joomla core configuration belongs to your hosting configuration -
