I wan´t to install a pop up window with a video in the home, but I don´t understand how do that, and with what? with an extension, a module. I´m desesperated! Could you help me please?

if you want an auto popup when you open the page, this needs custom built scripts or an Joomla popup plugin.
if you are not a developer you can find Popup extensions on Joomla extension directory that will give such features.
