Megastore layout issues

New to Joomlart but impressed with the templates so far.

Couple of issues with layout at above domain:

Is it possibler to have the slideshow module on the homepage stretch the full width of the screen?
Virtuemart product pages are not displaying corectly eg http://www.west5web-test.co.uk/brownies/peanut-butter-brownie-detail
Home page article only stretches 50% of the width of the screen.
