What category layout is it exactly? Could you provide also FTP access (in this thread fields), then we'll be able to check the issue.

for the ftp - i will provide this weekend, because the domains and the server are on two diffrent host so i have to make quick ftp. subdomains and connect it
There is one more issue on the landing page of the template, when you are logged in as user on the frontpage.
Regarding the second issue (when you are logged in), try to add the following custom css code:
html { padding-right: 0!important; }
