JA Property Template not showing on front-end

Hello - does anyone know how I am able to get the front-end to recognize the JA Property Template. I downloaded all the required extensions and plugins however when i proceed to set up on the back-end in joomla, the website does not recognize the template and is just blank. Thank you for you help.

When you experience blank page, you can go to Admin panel > Global configuration > Server tab > enable Error Reporting option to 'Maximum', it will show up error on frontend so you can know where the issue comes from.

You can share the credentials of your site e.g: URL, Admin + ftp account, I will check for you.
