Could you review the attachment and tell me what's going on please and this is overall including Google Webmaster tools? I sent email you guy didn't respond to it. Please advise. Thanks

In your screenshot it shows the Page does not have the Meta description, Keywords and Author title.
Kindly check you have added them in your site Home menu item > page display > meta data.
The author title show for the article page.
For the email you sent, sorry we do not provide support via email, I am not sure on which email you sent information for this.

I have all the info added before now, am not sure why the report is inconsistent with my iSEO. Is there anyway to check on this and review the snag sent? Thanks.

I checked your site and the Meta information was not added when you did first search, as showing in the first post screenshot. Now you added the meta information and other redirect links as well. On Google search its not immediate action to index the site and add the data in webmaster, Its normal as indexing is based on the how much traffic is on your site, If the site is new it can take time.
Please check more information here for missing data in the Google webmaster.

I didn't just add it, has been there for long sir. Please check the dates, this info were / are added. Something is wrong. This has been there right before you helped with the update. Is there any way to check what the problem is please ?

its not from iseo, its on the Google links and depends on the indexes, i can not check the dates because it from Google webmaster tools.
At the moment I have gone through the site pages and those are showing fine with meta data. The date you shared it from webmaster tools that is not possible to debug.
On Google it may take time to indexing, you may contact to Google webmaster on this to get more information if its showing before and now removed.
Let us know if there is any issue noticed in the Iseo. I will check it again.

Sorry i do not understand your last question for contact info. The Google webmaster tool is from Google you need to check your Google webmaster account. Here is support page link for G Webmaster.
