css question ja morgan

Hi I want to reduce the space between modules, but im sure this is not the place I need to edit? look image attach:

What file .css I need to edit? to be this permanent?

There are some padding added for that section, you can use this custom css:

#Section106 {
    padding-top: 0;
}

put into file: /templates/ja_morgan/css/custom.css (Create this file if it doesn't exist)
