This is a fairly new JomSocial install. I am trying to change the profile background and the gear in the upper right corner will not activate on any acocunt I'm tested so far. As well, the "About Me" tab in the center of the page is not changing either. They light up on mouse-over, but won't apply when clicked.
Am I missing some sort of setting to enable these features?
