I just purchased a extension subscription, solely for this extension.

Should be able to expect a working product, I assume?

When can we expect a fix/updated template?
Kinda disappointed to see this hasn't been fixed and I only find out after actually purchasing the product...

I just tested again at my end and it even works fine with PHP 7.3.

Could you please share the credentials of your site eg: URL, Admin account? and tell me the page where I can see the issue, I will fix it directory on your site for you.

Hi, I've sent you login details as reply via email. Hope you received those?
To clarify, I only get the error messages when I use the supplied template (filename: ja-k2-filter-theme_1.0.0.zip) when I use PHP7.2+.

Without the theme I don't get the error "Warning: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable". (I do get couple of error messages though and filtering doesn't seem to work at all, but maybe I'm doing something wrong..)

Any chance you could have a look at the other errors in the backend as well?
I get errors in module and component;
Notice: Array to string conversion in /modules/mod_jak2filter/elements/template.php on line 71

And also get a couple of these errors under 'pre-filter' inside module;
Notice: Trying to get property 'xf_3' of non-object in /modules/mod_jak2filter/elements/prek2extrafield.php on line 252
