Changing font size in article

hi folks i'm trying to change the article font size of JA simpli, i've read several thread but nothing work,

i've modified the custom.css as follow hoping changing the H2 font size of the article,

/ Changing the font size of h2 in the article /
{
h2.item-title,.item-title h2{margin:0;font-size:15px;font-family:"PT Serif",Georgia,"Times New Roman",Times,serif}

Please share the page on which you applied the changes but not working.
If you want to set a custom font size for article text, you can do it from the article editor.

in fact its a template that we use for the mobile version of the site, so you need a mobile switcher on your browser,

i want to change the 'defaut' size of the intro text and body text, its tahoma size 12 on the desktop version of the site, but its too small for mobile and tablet,

a guy have done the tweak in the link i provided above but i cannot duplicate,

let me know where to share credential so you can get it to the blog,

The 12px font size is set by the editor its not from template side.
you have to change the article text size from Joomla article editor.
Do you have any URL of site where you are using JA Simpli template?

Ninja hi pankaj, i just paid 82€ for this template tweak please, i'm sure its possible to modify the size of the intro and article font like a 144% or anything else, we have 17k article, i cannot modify the regular font that we use for the blog, its only for the mobile version of the site, i'll swith the blog to ja simpli, in normal mode you will saw,

JA Simpli is a free Joomla template not required any paid membership. Customization support is only limited for make it like in the demo site.

On the intro text you have applied the font size from editor http://prntscr.com/slih8z
If you remove the style it will use the Heading tag font : http://prntscr.com/slii9e
Let me know if this is you are looking, as you need to remove the custom font size from the Joomla article editor if you want to apply a custom text size for all articles.

Ninja yes and Ja simpli is just awesome for mobile, but the heading font tag is too big

it is not possible to do a template override in the custom.css to modify the size of the font of the intro and article ?

i have done the tweak but nothing change, i've deleted the old declaration in custom.css,

now look like :

but no change to 22 to the font of the intro text, please check custom.css,

ok there is nothing to do because its H2, if you have a tweak its welcome, in next article i will note use H2

JA Simply template does not use any kindly of override the for Joomla content, its purely Joomla core that you see.
The code i shared is only work for the category blog page you asked.
If you want to apply custom font size for full article mainbody text this is the code

#content .item-page h2 {font-size:12px!important}
#content .item-page p{font-size:12px!important}

set them as per needs, Actually the text size is applied via article editor so it always use the same. If you use default Joomla template its still same.
JA Simpli use simple layout with advance style. Its not a template that has custom overrides.

You can look and decide on the template as its not something from template side.
