I wish to confirm that the Ecospirit template is not compliant with Joomla 3.x? It doesn't say so on the template page but I want to be sure cause my client really likes it. Template page says only for J 2.5 or J1.5 https://demo.joomlabamboo.com/index.php?theme=nov12

You're right, it's pretty old template and it's not updated for Joomla 3 anymore unfortunately.
