Contact Us - Remove Field:Content Field

Good day,

Ons the Contact Us page on the right above the contact information is a "Field :Content Field" row. How can I get rid of this?

I don't see that row on contact page of your site now, did you get it solved?

Dear Sagusros, seems the template is now broken. The page display is completely wrong.
The contact information is now on the left instead of under the picture in the right and the rown I mentioned is now right at the bottom and the text looks funny.

Dear Saguaros,

I fixed the last issue. For some strange reason the default.j3.php file was deleted. The layout has been restored but that row is still there. If you could guide me to the correct file so that I can remove it, that would be great.

I added this custom css to hide that field:

.contact-information .contact-fields {
    display: none;
}

I thought it might be something like that. I also tried css but ended up hiding all the fields.
