How Is Publisher Different Than A Blog?

General Inquiry as to the function of Publisher Pro and how it would compare to Zoo, K2, Joomla Articles or Easy Blog for example.

Basically, what would I use Publisher for? Is it an internal tool or is it a community tool that could work with jomsocial for example.

Publisher is Independent component used to make the different type of news layout with its own style. And it used to display the Joomla articles, RSS feeds and Module in its layout.
