If I purchase the 'Professional' package, how long before JomSocial could be installed? I have the latest version of Joomla installed on a server hosted by Godaddy. What would be needed to do the install? Is there no email with your company? How do I communicate with the installation tech?

So you want me to post my admin password on a forum that everyone can see? And there are no support tickets included? I have to pay extra for support tickets? So then what exactly is the "Unlimited Domains support"? And what are the "17 premium add-ons"? And my original question was how long would it be before the installation could be done? Please answer ALL of my questions. Ninja

Forum has option to add site login details in Edit fields option when you open a thread and these details only visible to staff.
You can read the Installation policy for the system requirements, if system requirements are fine and you posted the request for JomSocial installation (not demo site data) it will take 24 hours max to get response on the forum.

premium ticket support as i mentioned in last post if you want that only then you nedd subscribe otherwise forum support is always available for all membership plans.

Premium ticket support is free only for Developer membership plans.

Ok sounds good so far. I will make sure the hosting site has the prerequisites and if so I will order the installation. Thank you for promptly answering my questions. That is the most important concern.

+ If you want to upload video from local PC make sure your Server support latest version of FFMPEG and Recommended server requirements. Local video uploads use server resource for uploading and conversion via FFMPEG.

I verified with my hosting provider that all of the system requirements have been met so I am ready to order Jomsocial and have it installed. When I went to order it though, I selected the 'Professional' plan that says it includes free installation, but then a dialog box opens offering a 'Quickstart Installation Service' for an additional, discounted price of $39. What is this? Do I get free installation or with the $149 plan or not? Do I need to pay another $39?

Quickstart installation Service addon is for template installation with demo sample data.
If you already have an existing website and want us to install Jomsocial component (no sample data) then getting Jomsocial Pro is enough, no need for the extra Quickstart Installation Service addon ($39).

OK now I'm really confused. I selected the 'Buy Now' which brought up that same dialog box, then selected 'Checkout', which then asked me to login, which I did, then it took me to another page labeled 'my subscriptions, which says I don't have any subscriptions. Nowhere do I see the $149 buy JomSocial. Getting frustrated..

First, you need to login at the page https://www.joomlart.com/member/ . Then after login successfully, go to https://www.jomsocial.com/pricing to purchase Jomsocial.

But that is what i did. Please have a look at the screen shots. This is the flow of what happens once I click on 'order now' on the 'pricing' page. I am not seeing anywhere to order the selection I made.

You need to login FIRST, then go to https://www.jomsocial.com/pricing after you already logged in.
Select the membership that you want to purchase and then click Checkout, it will then redirect you to PayPal (if you choose PayPal as payment method) to complete the payment.
Maybe try you can try using a different internet browser too.
