I'm leading an NGO in Romania who owns the website PR Romania - http://www.pr-romania.ro This platform was built in summer 2014 with Teline IV template which I still love. As far as I know, this template should be responsive (mobile friendly). However with the settings from template I haven't succeed to manage this issue.

The platform has a lot of educational resources for the young generations who want, of course, to access them from mobile devices. So, for me it is very important to fix this issue, as the most of my readership accesses my articles from mobile devices.

I really appreciate your support and guidance.

    I got your point but this is pretty old template which was built with old JA T3v2 framework. At that time when this template was built, the 'responsive design' did not appear yet. So this template will not be fully responsive as you can see in our recent templates, your site will not resize based on the screen size but it will use specific layouts for several popular devices like: iphone, handheld, ... it will not work in the same way as recent templates.

    So let me know which part you want to show on mobile view or any issue you're having with, I will check if I can be of help.
