so i just lost some custom module positions and also the preview for the layout based on the bootstrap grid, it just does not appear anymore, does anyone have any idea why this would happen. I was doing nothing related to templates or core files or anything. Just refreshed the page and all my slideshows were gone and was the bootstrap preview in the template style editor. I am using the uber template and everything was working fine up until that just disappeared.
spainactive Hi There could be server reason for this issue. Kindly check them as below 1. Template and T3 version is upto date. 2. There is no index.html file in site root folder 3. Low php limits on server (Set memory limits 512M and max execution time 300) 4. Error in the custom layout files.
ok, thanks for the reply, i logged in today, and the layout is back, but some things have changed... and I have no idea why...
spainactive Hi Have you checked the above suggestions? About the layout changed, it not auto changes without revert manually. if issue still same, kindly check above suggestion first and submit site login in edit fields details. i will make a test in layout to check saving issue.
