Virtuemart Account Maintenance Missing Template

Hello.

I am trying to add the Account Maintenance menu item but when I do it loads the incorrect template. As you can see in the image below, I have assigned it a template style but nothing shows up and it looks completely different than what I am using.

I have made changes to the default template but nothing seems to affect that one page on the frontend. Footers and menus are all missing on that page.

Could someone please take a look and tell what I'm doing wrong?

It seems that the template has specific style for that page, let me check if it can be done.

In T4 framework, page has type of 'Edit' or above account maintenance type will not show header + footer section. I've passed to the T4 dev team for further consideration on this.

saguaros Hi, I know you said you'd update this with news but it's been about two weeks and I need to have this ready for a client. I'd just like to know if I should move on to a workaround or if this will be updated at some point.

saguaros Thank you so much for getting back to me on this. I have added the edit.php on the site but It looks like this has broken that page. The page does look better but take a look at this image.

For some reason the menu has those red borders around it and the mobile menu is displaying. I have the navigation to now display on desktop but somehow it still does. I have also noticed that on the website, when you use the tab key on the keyboard you can bring up the mobile menu even though it is not available on desktop.

Could you share the correct URL to access backend of your site? I tried with /administrator but it keeps redirect to homepage on frontend.

saguaros I have updated the information.

P.S. This is also occurring on the homepage if you get to it and press the Tab key on your keyboard, after the website launches, you'll see that the mobile menu comes up. I can remove it through CSS if need be but I thought I'd mention it in case it can be resolved differently.

I checked that maintenance menu item but did not see the mobile menu there.

I also added this custom css rule:

.t4-edit-layout .t4-header .t4-megamenu.collapse {
    height: auto;
}

so the correct main menu is showing now.

For other parts on this page, it is showing correctly now.
