Publisher install error on Joomla! 3.9.18, error with CSS

I'm installing Publisher Pro in Joomla! 3.9.18. I'm getting the attached error which appears to be CSS related with some php.

Do I need to be worried about this installation since it's not "clean"? What can I do to fix this? Un-installing and re-installing doesn't work.

This appears some files miss in the installation, Can you re try the installation again.
This is just the error details, I raised a ticket for the same to development team, its random error show sometimes.

Is there a way I can completely uninstall + wipe the data from the database for the failed Publisher Pro installation? When I uninstalled it (through Joomla) it appears it may have some leftover data in the database and the same error was given.

No there is no error if you will use it, re installation will just re write the data, there will no error due to with warning.
