Error 1064 When Cancel Registration

When a user attempts to cancel a registration, an error message shows stating there is a syntax error. Please see attached screenshot.

May I know which step that you cancel the registration and that error happen?

I just tried to create a test event on your site but could not replicate the issue.

I'm not sure what's different, but now users can cancel registration without error. The test event you created, under the demo user name was canceled. I appreciate your help
