I am not getting any Jomsocial ads to appear in the media stream. I've searched every setting and they seem to set to go, but still not showing in the front end. Could you please help me understand what I might be missing?

Can you disable the server side cache and compression so i can check in Jomsocial stream.
To show a JomSocial stream ads, you must choose JomSocial stream type ads.
I did have JomSocial ads working on my site previously while on Google Cloud. I have just rebuilt the site on EC2 through AWS. I have no idea where to go to change the server settings like that. Would you be know how I may be able to change those to solve this issue?

I am not sure how your last site was appear, do you have a copy of that site.
In current site you do not have any JomSocial type ads that must be present to show Jomsocial stream ads.

let me know once its disabled so i can debug it.
Unfortunately loosing the site was why I left Google. The entire cloud server went really bad while I was doing a backup with Akeeba. I am struggling to find the a way to disable the cach within the server. The only settings for Cache that I am finding are withing Joomla System/ Global Settings.
Is disabling that done through an ssh command to .htaccess, or something like that? This is one I will be needing some teaching to figure out.

No its not Joomla cache, see this : http://prntscr.com/swd8co it compression might be on server side. You can ask the hosting provider to disable it.
Also, please confirm you are looking for JomSocial stream ads or an ad zone placement in JomSocial?
Thank you Pankaj. Please keep this ticket open for a bit. All that I'm finding is how to remove SQL from the server, not change settings. I'm certain that's not what I really want to do. Looks like I need to study on how to make that change on AWS. That will take me some time to find and learn. Customer support for AWS is something that will cost. Since the COVID thing started I haven't been able to afford so much.
I've tried creating new campaigns, ads, and ads in Jomsocial and zones. I don't seem to get any to show up. When I save a text ad for a zone, it doesn't seem to save to stay in that zone either. When I re-open that ad it has no zone selected for it. The only ad that stays is the one I selected to be primary for that zone.
Pankal, I am only able to get the single banner working. I can not get any other ads to show up in the front end in their positions or on the JomSocial Stream. I do have the caching and gzip compression turned off. Still not getting more than the one banner zone to work.

Btw i saw you have issue on your hosting, if you are looking for good host you may try siteground hosting for better server and support.
Pankaj, Yes, I am currently working on the site and in the process of getting 100% away form Google products. Everything Google this month has gone horrible (making me look bad). I just initiated transfer of the domain to GoDaddy, I have all of my DNS settings with CloudFlare that I need to now update once I get the transfer complete. Then, I should be back to good.
I have to say I am incredibly dissappointed with every Google product from GCP, Gmail, and Domains. They quit forwarding URL requests and the URL didn't expire until the end of August. This new creation of the site is currently on EC2 with Amazon. If that doesn't work out as I hope, then I'll certainly look into SiteGround. They were an option I considered before choosing EC2.
