I performed an Akeeba Site Restore to move the site from here: https://www.knoxttdot.com/420/ to here: https://www.cannadirect420.store/dev/index.php. The logo to the bottom in the new location has disappeared. I checked everything and it all looks good. Now it's there cause if you place you mouse to the bottom you'll see it change cause it's picking up the link but the image is not showing. What happened?
Okay I figured this out. The absolute path changed as it's a different domain platform and the location to the image from root is different in the new location. SOLVED.
