[JA Megafilter] Articles link to homepage

Hello,

I've set up JA Megafilter on a website. The filtering works fine. However, all the articles link to the homepage, instead of the article url (in the template url variable is "/").

I've tried clearing all caches.

Does anyone have an idea what might be causing this?

I guess these articles are not assigned to any menu item, you can try to create a new menu item (or use an existing one) and assign these articles (or category these articles belongs to) to that menu item, it will redirect to correct detailed page.

Thanks for the reply.

The categories are assigned to menu items, but I still face the problem.
However, it works fine on the preprod environment (where the version of the JA megafilter is the same).
I also cannot see any differences in the settings.

Any idea what the reason could be?

A weird issue, could I take a backup of your site and debug in my local?

In order to give you a backup of the webiste of our client we need to sign between our company and your a non disclosure agreement.

I will try to check directly from your site, here is my IP: 171.224.178.195 you can make an exception for it (it's best if you can whitelist IPs from Vietnam because my IP is not static so it may change)

And share the ftp account.

Our client agreed that you have access to their production website to analyse what is the problem coming from your module. Let me know what you need for this. I guess that I have to create an account for you and authorize your IP adress ?

Could you add exception for IP from Vietnam? I'm based in here.

please confirm it is still OK (we cannot open to all vietnam IP)

Zanko our developer is going to create an access for you on the backoffice
PLEASE take care this is the production website - if you have to test something which can break the site before warm us so we can make a new backup
