I guess these articles are not assigned to any menu item, you can try to create a new menu item (or use an existing one) and assign these articles (or category these articles belongs to) to that menu item, it will redirect to correct detailed page.

Thanks for the reply.

The categories are assigned to menu items, but I still face the problem.
However, it works fine on the preprod environment (where the version of the JA megafilter is the same).
I also cannot see any differences in the settings.

Any idea what the reason could be?

A weird issue, could I take a backup of your site and debug in my local?

I will try to check directly from your site, here is my IP: 171.224.178.195 you can make an exception for it (it's best if you can whitelist IPs from Vietnam because my IP is not static so it may change)
