A weird issue, could I take a backup of your site and debug in my local?

In order to give you a backup of the webiste of our client we need to sign between our company and your a non disclosure agreement.

In order to prepare it, I need to have information of your company (Name, Address, Id) and the name of the personn in charge who will sign.

I will try to check directly from your site, here is my IP: 171.224.178.195 you can make an exception for it (it's best if you can whitelist IPs from Vietnam because my IP is not static so it may change)

And share the ftp account.

Our client agreed that you have access to their production website to analyse what is the problem coming from your module. Let me know what you need for this. I guess that I have to create an account for you and authorize your IP adress ?

Hi Sylvie,

I can access backend of your site now, the problem comes from sh404SEF component. I changed the configuration for JA Megafilter and it's working now.
