Especially the module suffix, you should put a space before the class name in module settings.

It turns out that you don't have Vikrencar component installed, this is a 3rd party extension which need to purchase separately, we mentioned it in info page of this template: https://www.joomlart.com/joomla/templates/ja-rent https://prnt.sc/sxyfgr

After installing this component, you can follow my above suggestion to setup.

This is 3rd party extension, JA Rent supports override style for it only, the same for K2 component but it's commercial extension so we don't have right to redistribute it. Hope you understand.

We don't sell any 3rd party extension, our templates support popular extensions which are suitable for specific topic of templates, like vikrencar is suitable for renting joomla site so we provide override style for it. And we also mentioned this clearly on info page of each template. You can find an alternative for this component but you will use its own style.
