plg_system_jomsocialredirect.ini nonsensical text

I'm translating this INI file to Hungarian.
Now what the heck does this mean exactly?
"Custom message can use as language text or your own text"
All meaningful texts are in one language or an other. My own text
is a language text (Hungarian) and your own text is a language text,
too. Probably English or something even more exotic. 🙂
Is a specific language expected here or any language?
If something else, what has the poor user to do here?

Hi sorry not entirely getting your message. But If you have multilingual site you need to apply change in both language files to use own translation words. In redirection plugin you have option to add custom message.
