I would like to customize the following in the Article Submission form:

1. Include the "tags" field. I do not wish to add my own tags after the user has submitted the article. Since this is a feature of Publisher, I would think there should be a way to add this field?
2. Add a "hint" to the initial editor "Content" textarea field. I would like to display to the user something along the lines of "Please provide as much detail as you can for your submitted article, etc."
3. In the pull-down menu "Category", is it possible to show the hierarchy (parent/child) relationship rather than displaying all parent and child categories in a single left justified list?
