Hi everyone, I have Joomla 3.9.18 running on Ubuntu 16.04. I've purchased the JA Amazon S3 extension, and I'm getting the error below while I click on "Import Bucket List":

What could be the reason for this?

Moreover, I'm getting the following message, written in blue on top of the Joomla screen:
"Action required before some functions are available
- Update Bucket information from Amazon S3 to component database"

How to perform this action?

    saguaros my Joomla environment is not public or published in the internet, so you won't be access it.
    Is there a way we can book an online session so we can look into it?
