The option is in the core and would not be skipped, there is skip button on your site that is working.
About the error i need site site login to check, once i have login after that i can give you exact cause of this error.
As Jomsocial does not offer such error even if user not upload the avatar.

Please check it now.
I disabled the System - JS Force Avatar plugin since you have Joomla consent plugin enabled too.
Now user have to consent Joomla condition first as this plugin enabled and he will not be force to upload avatar.

Ninja Hello pankj I checked it and this is what happens, it gives error, you can see it in the attached screenshot. What I need is to make the user when registering upload an avatar photo. I do not want you to access with the default photo of JomSocial and if you access the site you are required to change your photo for a personal one.

when When i tested the fields plugin was not enabled. maybe you enabled it and tested.
Both the force plugin would not work as Joomla consent plugin will override both.

If the two plugins are not compatible and cause errors, you can leave everything as is.

Both the force plugin will force the user if they dont have avatar uploaded. Joomla consent plugin will override all option as user first consent the plugin so it would not work as consent plugin first doing its work.
