Hello, I request your help to cancel the action of loading the avatar during registration. I have encountered a problem, and that is that I lose users on my site in the registration process.

My site settings do not allow a user to register if they have not uploaded a profile photo. I do not allow a user to register with the avatar photo that JomSocial has by default.

When a user clicks the Skip button and refuses to upload an avatar, the system registers the profile but the user does not have access to my site.

The biggest problem is that the chosen username and email are saved in the system. The user cannot access nor can he re-register with the same email until I delete the user from the administration panel.

Can you tell me how to override the Skip option and in which folder should I make the change?
Should I add the null or undefined option or another variable in that string?

Hey Pankaj, I'm fixing the redirecting error. It's a topic related to friendly Urls and rewriting. It is a task that I must do with patience, if I activate the option of rewriting the pages or sections of my site show me the error 404. To correct that error I must follow a tutorial and create the 301 redirect to those pages.

As a solution to the issue of mandatory avatar upload, and not allowing a user to register with JomSocial's default avatar, can I disable the Skip button action?

I don't think it's right for a user to sign up with the default avatar and once they log in to my site force them to change their avatar. Can you tell me if there is an option to override the Skip button and not have it perform their task and how to do it?

I can't disable the Joomla consent plugin. It is mandatory by law in Europe that the user accepts the consent of the processing of their personal data.

If the two plugins are not compatible and cause errors, you can leave everything as is.
