Hello team,

since yesterday I am facing issues on the registrations. While trying to do a new user registration and filling up the email in the registration form it is saying that the email is present and cannot be accepted. This happened for an email address that was present in the past but the user was deleted but it also happened with an email address that was never used in the past and it is not present in the users table.

What is happening? Please advise.

    I got the super user login, but there is no information about on which specific email you have this problem?

    It is on mourikikaterina@gmail.com.

    If you try to make a new registration using that email it says that the email already exists, but generaly we have issues with other emails not existing in the database.

      When a user register on site and not complete registration it will save the email temprory for the session timeout value so he can complete registration.
      Session time is enough 30 or 40 minutes .

        Right now it is set to 240, I need to change it to 30 or 40? this is your proposal?

          Yes 60 minutes is enough for session expire if user is inactive. Long duration is not recommended.
