JA Content Popup Module and T4

Does JA Content Popup Module work with the T4 Framework? Because my module is not showing.

I just tested by adding JA Content Popup to section-1 position of T4 Blank template and it works. One thing is that JA Content Popup is pretty old module so its style is not so good and you need to customize style for it a bit so it can match style of template.
