Issue with update to Italian

Hi I am doing a site redev and have upgraded to the Italian theme and am getting a 'Tag section invalid in Entity' error for the plugins/system/zenshortcodes/zenshortcodes.php on line 158 (look it that, it is $dom->loadHTML($output);

Uninstalled and reisntalled all extentions relating to Italian theme and all other joomla elements the latest.

Not sure why... any clues greatly appreciated!

As Joshua said can you add access details - i think we might have a problem with the the shortcodes plugin

We have released an update today but will need to see the site first - so would suggest leaving updating that for now

Interestingly, I have Italian running on two other site with no problem (reddirtstudio.com.au) , so I thought I would install the older version of shortcodes (from Late april I think) and same issue.

I then totally removed shortcode and all running fine in terms of issues.

I will let you re-install what you reckon.

Hi Simon,

I'd drop using the hathor admin template it isn't fully compatible with j3 I've found - weird stuff happens with it and use isis instead

Before you removed it did you happen to check the version number that was installed?

Hi Paul, yes, I dont normally use it except when doing a dve site so I dont confuse dev backend with the live and muck up live site. (been there done that) - you can change it back if you want.

The olderversion, which is working on the other site is 1.7.2 (downloaded 25/05) - the current (new) version is also 1.7.2 but downloaded yesterday.

I am thinking conflict might be elsewhere (another zen plugin/template update) as works fine on other 2 sites.

Only other thing that may have created issue was that I transferred site via Akeeba jpa file and kickstart, but only used kickstart to unpack and configured manually (just a thought)

When I install it where should I look for the error or does the site totally error out with a fatal error?
Or is just displayed at the top of the page or in the meta data?

Top of all pages (error reporting set at minimal I think)

Slight mess up from us as we haven't released to the downloads todays released version

I have installed the previous version and enabled it - I've also changed the error reporting to default

I can't see any error on the site or in the source code - any particular page I might have missed?

I do note you have sh404sef enabled - if you hit problems down the road with the template not compiling - turn off the "Activate security functions" option and then compile
