Responsive view issue

Hi, on my client site there is a custom module visible in the desktop view that shows the client contact details in the Head-Right position. (see screenshot)
In the mobile, responsive view, this module is not visible. Is there a fix for this so their contact details will appear in Head-Right position in responsive view? (see screenshot)

Kindly check the module position code there is custom class added to hide the position in mobile view.
Either you added it manually or via Layout options you set the position to hidden http://prntscr.com/t5g5gn

Thank you for that update. Sorry for the slow reply I did have the reply notification on.
I did find this "fp-footer-c hidden-phone" in the Module Class Suffix and have since deleted it. It is still not making any difference though.
I know the Head-Right module position is published in the Layout options for desktop and responsive views. I've added the admin details if you don't mind having a look in the backend please?

Find and remove
hidden-xs from line 55
