http500 error immediatly after uploading Ad Agency Geoip

I have started an entirely new site. Only things on it are JomSocial and the AdAgency. The site was coming along just fine until I added the 4 files, City List, PHAR file, Country list, and Zip Codes. I went to test it on a jomsocial ad, and immediatly the site went to a http 500 error.

I also recieved the 1064 error for SQL Syntax.

I am still able to login to the back end with no issues. My front login page shows up but goes to the http 500 error after attemptling to login.

How would I go about fixing this?

Kindly make a test now.
Also have you migrating the Db tables from older site to this site,
there are different version of Joomla used on two sites its making DB error if you importing the older content.

Thank you, it is working. I did not migrate anything from the previous server. This is 100% new Joomla install and Ad Agency install freshly downloaded from Joomlart. With everything going on, I figured if I had to start new I'm starting with everything fresh. I am aiming to build the site for testing with a few beta-friends before encouraging people to create new accounts.
