For some reason, IN THE SPOTLIGHT is showing up on the bottom. How do make it show up on the top (right below main menu).

I'm working on this on my laptop using xampp. Not only the In The Spotlight is on the bottom of the page, how can I re-arrange TOP Stories?

I guess something wrong with one of articles on your site and it breaks the layout, if it happens recently, try to check again the recent article you added.

Or if possible, put your site online so I can check for you.
