I just downloaded the quickstart package of JA Morgan and installed in my local but all styles are there:
Could you download and install again?
For any others struggling with this, you can nominate Template Style 2 via Extensions\Templates\ja_morgan - Default\Theme (tab)\Theme change to style-2 per image. It IS included with the Quick Start install package.
