the template we are using for a customer is ja_morgan
how can I archive it ?

Unfortunately, JA Morgan doesn't support a parallax background video module like that, you will need to customize it to achieve that. If you're not familiar with code, I recommend you to hire a developer to get it done for you.

in the masthead module descriptions , it's show the text: JA Masthead Module is used to Masthead title like the JoomlArt Masthead. With this module, the Masshead can be configured to be in any pages with different titles, descriptions as well as background images and background video. For video background, it supports local video with types: .mp4, ogg, webm.

How can set a video in masthead ?
