Hello,
I have the same problem of Pavanjb, using JAK2filter :
Warning: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in /homepages/29/d739389694/htdocs/adstr_2019/components/com_k2/templates/ja_k2filter_theme/category.php on line 264
This warning appears only when I use the filter :
1- Go to http://adstr.fr/index.php/utilitaires/instances-dst
2- Select one item in the sidebar1 ...

It seems that the problem has been solved by "saguaros", but I do see how he did it.
Can I give you an admin account and password, to solve it for me ?

Let me try to help you with this one...
(This is how saguaros solved it for me)

Change line 264 in category.php;
FROM: <?php if(count($this->pagination->getPagesLinks())): ?>
TO: <?php if($this->pagination->getPagesLinks()): ?>
