GK5 Tabs module stopped working; no JS error in console though

I have a Joomla 3.9.19 site at https://dev.mission-bbq.com that is using Tabs GK5 (mod_tabs_gk5).

It has recently stopped functioning. No JS errors are seen in the browser console.

The module's name is "Tabbed Sliders". It's simply set up to display separate image slideshow modules in a tabbed fashion.

(I also already have the JQuery Easy plugin installed on the site in case that helps.)

It looks like you load Tabs GK5 module through another extension.

Pls try this way:

1 - Disable that JQuery easy plugin as it doesn't help now
2 - Assign Tabs GK5 module to a specific position of template and see how it goes.

I can try that, but the thing is that the GK5 module has been set up on the site in this fashion for years.

I see, just give it a try so it will be easier to find out which one caused issue, module itself or 3rd party extension.

OK, I disabled the jQueryEasy plugin and also tried setting the module up separately. That didn't resolve the issue. Also I'm now seeing the following Javascript error in the browser console:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'top' of undefined
at catering-menu:1916
at dispatch (jquery.min.js:2)
at v.handle (jquery.min.js:2)

I tried to create a new menu item and assign Protostar template to it to test but can't see on frontend, is there any cache on your server side?

I try to show this GK module in protostar template to see how it goes first.

Thanks for the help looking into this, but let's consider this solved for now. I don't know if you made any changes (I didn't) but the tabs are working again. I see a JS error listed in the console but it's not causing any trouble.

The site is using Cloudflare so I wonder if it was a cacheing issue. I've seen that a few times before.

It maybe cache issue.

Anyway, glad to hear it's working now!
