ja_nuevo is not loading changes made on less files

Hello,

I'm using JA Nuevo for a new website (still on localhost), I have enabled developer mode, I have some issues:

1.First, all changes I have done in less files (templates/ja_nuevo/less/.less) are missing. Not sure if where override by framwork.
2.Now none changes that I made on templates/ja_nuevo/less/.less is load by the template.
3.CSS are being loading from t3-assets/dev/templates.ja_nuevo.*.less.css, not from my template directory.

Questions:

1.What is the propper way to override the .less files?
2.How can I prevent T3 Framework override my template?

Thanks, now at least the changes are being refletted but I need manual delete files in:

t3-assets/dev/ and t3-assets/dev/t3

't3-assets' folder holds the temporarily compressed files when you enable the JS/CSS optimization only. You should not make change in files of this folder.
