Hello the contact form is not working please i need help with it.

Could you please describe what is not working ? also post a link to your website ?

As i asked before maybe you could share your website url and a temp super user account to your backend.

Look HERE how to keep both private.

Regarding mail sending it is a joomla core feature and it is not related in any way to the template itself -

Said that you can try to switch from global configuration - > Server Tab -> Mail settings , your mailer from php mail to SMTP or sendmail -

If you still cannot solve your issue i suggest to ask your hosting provider to have a look at it -

With Pavit's suggestion - if it doesn't work sending it prior to asking the host check the server error log - it may point to the problem
